This group works to develop our people (both capability and capacity), our partners (relationship management and communications) and our knowledge (IT, finance, information management systems). It also works on business improvement (risk management, systems and process improvement, corporate planning and reporting, strategic direction implementation).
General Manager, OD&S Group - John leads MoRST's finance, communications, human resources, knowledge management, legal and office support services.
Director of People and Performance - this team provides services and support relating to human resources strategy and operations, leadership development, planning, centralised administration, payroll and contracts administration and facilities management.
Chief Financial Officer - Geoff provides high quality, client-focussed management of all aspects of the Ministry’s financial system.
Director of Communications - Justin leads the Communication Team which provides communications strategy and advice to support the Ministry.
Director of Knowledge Management - Grant leads the team that provides Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support, web services, research services and records management to the Ministry.
